Video monitoring systems allows the monitoring station to visually look into any area where a triggered and/or timed image can provide verification or tracking of an incident.

Utilizing video monitoring, up to 5+ frames of video of what caused the alarm trip is transmitted to the central station in addition to the standard digital signal.

Operators can then dispatch the authorities intelligently by providing additional details of the cause of the alarm trip. Dispatches can be modified or eliminated based on specific criteria of what is viewed and how you setup dispatching with the monitoring company.
